He is also a specialized jailer at the Arizona State Prison, where some of the most dangerous criminals are kept. ![]() He was a highly paid mercenary who helped the US government and other countries catch and kill criminals or threats that were too strong for them to handle on their own. It was also mentioned that these two warriors will have similar values and form a fellowship.īiscuit Oliva was birthed in Cuba, but he moved to the United States as an adult. Given his size, strength, and fighting style, it was assumed that Oliva would attempt a frontal assault against Pickle in a rematch of Baki and Pickle. The government apparently concluded that it was more cost-effective to provide Oliva with the lavish diet, lavish living quarters, and extensive library access that he sought in exchange for his presence at the prison, where many inmates now reside. He has total freedom in the Arizona penitentiary since, as a member of staff, he is the strongest man in the country.
